COMMUNICATIONS

To make an appointment... Use the following methods.

On-line, via email or by phone.

The system usually sends an automatic confirmation and a 24h reminder. Make sure to receive these.

To ask questions?... By e-mail or by phone.

Do not use text message or facebook to request an appointment or ask questions.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Clients are entirely responsible for appointments reserved under their name and for the information provided.

Changes or cancellation must be made a minimum 48h notice (open work days Monday to Friday) is required, otherwise, 50,00$ will be automatically charged. Fees also apply for missed appointment

Notify if you are late - max. 15 min.

Clients who miss 3 reserved appointments will be blocked from the Reservation System.

PAYMENT AND RECEIPT

Preferred mode of payment is cheque or money.

E-transfers must be sent prior to the session.

Distance sessions by e-transfer.

All payments must be made at the time of the appointment

Administrative fees will be charged for delays.

A Receipt in NATUROPATHY is provided from the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada.

Insurance coverage is the full responsibility of the client.
